CANDY SUPER BOWL
Raleigh, NC-In keeping with the tradition of Bill, Schatzie and Angela’s March Movie Madness and the World Series of TV Sitcoms, MIX 101.5’s Early Morning Show is asking listeners to pick the best sweet treat in their Candy Super Bowl.
The Early Morning Show chose 64 different types of candy and assembled them in brackets, similar to those of the NCAA basketball tournament. Each day listeners will be able to call in and decide the outcome of four or five matchups. The winning treat will move on to the next round until there are only two contenders left. Then, one lucky caller will get to determine the best candy of all-time.
“After the popularity of the first two contests, we thought it was only natural to have a playoff to follow along with the Super Bowl,” said Mike Morse, Early Morning Show producer, “This one though, is a little tastier.” Listeners can follow the matchups at MIX online.
