Prizes Draw Season Ticket Holders
MYRTLE BEACH, SC — The Myrtle Beach Pelicans announced in mid-January two incentive programs for returning and new full season ticket holders. The first drawing was completed on February 15 for returning season tickets holders, and the second drawing for new season ticket holders is scheduled for April 1.
Here are the winners from the first drawing and the prizes they will be given:
Grand Prize Winner: Charles Flynn; VIP weekend in Atlanta for two that includes tickets for two Braves games, airfare and hotel stay.
Second Place Prize Winner: Ralph Selander; A night in a Coastal Federal Field luxury suite for a Pelicans game. This $500 value includes 16 game tickets in a furnished, climate controlled environment with cable TV.
Third Place Prize Winner: Mark Talbot; He will coach first base in a Pelicans uniform for an inning, and he will join Garry Griffith & Bryan Dolgin for one inning on a Pelicans radio broadcast.
The April drawing features the same prizes as the recent drawing.
There are prime seat locations available for anyone interested in full season tickets and mini-plans. Luxury suite rentals and group seating is also presently available. Those interested in season tickets can come to Coastal Federal Field during business hours and personally check out the seats of their liking before or after purchase.
Individual game tickets will be available for purchase on the Pelicans web site (www.myrtlebeachpelicans.com) beginning at 12:01 AM on Sunday, March 4. The individual game tickets will be available for purchase at the Coastal Federal Field ticket box office on Saturday, March 10 beginning at 10 AM. Ticket information and schedules will be available this weekend at the Burroughs & Chapin Children’s Festival at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. In addition, the Speed Pitch and Pelicans mascot Splash will be at the Children’s Festival.
The Pelicans’ Opening Day is Friday, April 6 at 7:05 PM versus the Winston-Salem Warthogs (Chicago White Sox). For more ticket info, please contact the Pelicans ticket office at 843-918-6000.
