The program will follow a systematic course of action focused on how one enhances the ability to gain willing followers, and how one discerns the direction in which to move. Participants will identify their personal “barriers to effective leadership” that will assist them in real life situations.
Accepted participants will arrive with a specific project in which to apply new insights and skills for gaining followers and discerning a path of action. In addition to general group sessions with top Triangle leaders and high impact leadership consultants, each participant will have access to a leadership “coach.”
Several CBC’ers participated in “Will You Lead” during the spring, including WRAL-TV Anchor Pam Saulsby, CBC Vice President of Community Relations Paul Pope and AJ Fletcher Foundation Executive Director Tom McGuire.
“Leadership Triangle provided a great networking opportunity for me,” said Pope. “I had a chance to meet and form personal and professional relationships with new leaders in the Triangle.”
CBC & the AJFF have been a driving force in supporting Leadership Triangle.
