CBC Stations Join Forces To Help Hurricane Isabel Victims |
Many of our neighbors to the east are in for a long and difficult recovery due to Hurricane Isabel. WRAL-TV5, WRAL.com, MIX 101.5 and FOX50 are joining the Food Bank of North Carolina, Harris Wholesale and Crabtree Valley Mall to help meet the immediate needs of those who took a direct hit from Isabel. On Friday, September 26, 11am – 7pm, come to Crabtree Valley Mall to support the “Hurricane Isabel Recovery” Donation Drive.
How To Donate |
Donate canned goods, nonperishable food items, cleaning supplies, baby supplies, personal care items, paper goods and bottled water. Donatefunds via cash or check onsite or call in credit card donations. |

WRAL News and MIX 101.5 will broadcast live from the event, encouraging viewers and listeners to lend a hand. If you would like to help, please bring your canned goods, nonperishable food items, cleaning supplies, baby supplies, personal care items, paper goods and bottled water to the Edwards Mill entrance near Hecht’s. You will also be able to make cash or check donations to the Food Bank of NC, American Red Cross and the Salvation Army. Credit card donations can be made by phone on Friday only, 8:30am – 5:30pm, by calling (919) 821-8514.
