The U.S. Court of Appeals in Philadelphia has again postponed the hearing regarding the FCC’s media-ownership rules. The court will now hear arguments on Wednesday, Feb 11th. This is the second change in scheduling. The hearings, originally set for Nov. 5th, were postponed to Jan 12th earlier this month.
CBC filed the challenge to the rulings along with a coalition of other organizations and the Court stayed the rules in September 2003.
