Coaching Staff Returns in 2004 |

The Atlanta Braves have announced that Manager Randy Ingle, pitching coach Bruce Dal Canton, coach Jack Maloof and trainer Mike Dart will all return to Myrtle Beach for the 2004 Season.
Ingle will be at the helm for his third season as the Manager of the Pelicans, with a combined record of 127-143 over the 2002 and 2003 Seasons. He has twice been named Manager of the Year in the Braves Organization and is entering his 13th season as a Manager in the their system.
“I’m excited about returning to the Pelicans and also about working with the coaching staff of Bruce (Dal Canton) and Jack (Maloof),” said Ingle. “Myrtle Beach is one of the best venues in pro-baseball to manage at.”
Dal Canton is returning for his sixth season with the Pelicans and is the only coach to be with Myrtle Beach since their inaugural 1999 Season. He has been a fixture of the Braves minor league system since 1982 when he was brought in as a roving minor league pitching instructor.
Maloof will be entering his third season as a member of the Pelicans coaching staff. Maloof, the Topps Minor League Player of the Year in 1971, has led the Pelicans to their two highest batting averages in their five year history over the last two seasons, .254 in ’03 and .255 in ’02.
