In its ongoing effort to serve all its viewers, WRAL-TV has created a new tool on the station’s Web site. WRAL.com recently launched the WRAL Community Calendar.
In the past the calendar only included information about station campaigns and other WRAL-sponsored community events. Now the calendar listings that air weekly on WRAL’s weekly on-air calendars, such as Carolina, For the The Children and Fayetteville calendars, are also listed on WRAL.com along with many more local events.

Non-profit events are listed on the calendar, which is updated daily with new happenings throughout the WRAL coverage area. And in keeping with their mission for excellence, WRAL is already planning improvements. Soon the WRAL Community Calendar will have a tool by which non-profits can post their own events online.
