The Triangle’s best live event is back. And, this year it’s bigger and better than ever. The 2005 Alive After Five dates and bands have been set and it’s time to spread the news.
This year three national acts are in the line-up with Sister Hazel kicking off the concert series on Thursday, April 28th. Also, some regional bands will be gracing the AAF stage for the first time. Local favorites, including General Johnson and the Chairmen of the Board, will be performing throughout the summer as well.
Although there is construction taking place at the Raleigh Convention and Civic Center, the live party will still be groovin’ in the Civic Center Plaza in downtown Raleigh from 6:30-9:30pm all summer long. Click here for a map of the Raleigh Convention Center Construction Routes, so you can find the best way for you to get to Alive After Five.
Alive After Five is sponsored by MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM, Crabtree Valley Mall, Michelob Ultra, Time-Warner Cable and the Raleigh Convention and Civic Center.
