Tara-Lynn Sharrock, a college student from Youngsville. Tara-Lynn is studying forensic science and vehicle mechanics. Born in South Africa and raised in Australia until the age of 16, she sang in Zulu as a small child. An anime artist and car enthusiast, Tara-Lynn says she’d “LOVE to drive, even just once, around a NASCAR track.” |
Donnie Strain, a high school student from Franklinton. The comedian in his group of friends, Donnie enjoys watching movies, cracking jokes and having a good time. At school, he’s vice president of the drama club and enjoys U.S. History and P.E. Donnie’s a huge baseball fan and dreams of being a baseball player.

Brittany Smith, a nursing student from Zebulon. Brittany says she genuinely feels a calling to help people, loves children and is currently working at a daycare. She says her extended family all live close by and she loves to get the whole family together. She’s entered several talent competitions and sings at area rodeos and sporting events.

LaDaria Richardson, a mom and business owner from Raleigh. LaDaria is the reigning Mrs. Raleigh, N.C., United States. A member of Kappa Alpha Kappa Sorority, she volunteers her time doing community service with the Triangle Breast Cancer Association. She says her musical style is a diverse mixture of gospel, rock, country and classical influences.
