MIX 101.5 Gets Set for Valentine Week Radiothon
13th Annual Event To Raise Funds for Duke Children’s Hospital |
WRAL-FM MIX 101.5 is getting ready to gear up for the annual Radiothon to support the children at the Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center. The 13th Annual Radiothon for the kids at Duke will kick off on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, at 6am, live from the Children’s Health Center.
MIX will broadcast live from 6am – 9pm Tuesday and Wednesday and then run from 6am to the 6pm grand finale on Thursday.

As a special Valentine’s Day gift, WCMC-FM 99.9 Genuine Country will broadcast from the hospital on Wednesday, February 14th in their first year of efforts to raise money for Duke Children’s Hospital.
Last year MIX listeners pledged $931,000 during Radiothon. Over $7.5 million has been raised since 1994.
