Charlotte Now with Mike Collins Becomes Available on WJZY.com |
Charlotte Now with Mike Collins, the only locally-produced primetime public affairs program on commercial television in the Charlotte market, will now be available for viewing on a 24/7 basis on www.wjzy.com.
Charlotte Now with Mike Collins airs Sunday nights at 10:35pm on WJZY CW46, which is owned by Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. The program, hosted by well-known radio and television personality Mike Collins, is designed to explore local issues of public importance and features interviews with political, civic and business leaders.
“WJZY CW46 has received many requests from viewers wanting to see current and past editions of Charlotte Now with Mike Collins,” said Vice President & General Manager Will Davis. “We are adding the program to our growing library of digital media that the public can search and screen on their own timetable.”
Mike Collins is President and Creative Director of Collins, Haynes & Lully Advertising and Communications, and hosts Charlotte Talks with Mike Collins, a daily hour-long talk show on 90.7 WFAE from 9am-10am (voted Charlotte’s Best Radio Talk Show Host by the readers of Creative Loafing in 1999 and 2000). Mike has been in broadcasting for 30 years starting at stations in the Washington, D.C. area while attending the University of Maryland.
