Fans unable to make it to the ballpark will still have several options to hear or watch their Durham Bulls this season as the team announced its broadcast schedule for 2007. All 144 games will be broadcast on the Bulls’ flagship station, WDNC-620 AM The Bull and online at www.durhambulls.com. The Bulls will also broadcast all 72 home games on Durhambulls.tv and 44 games on FOX 50 digital channel: Time Warner Cable Channel 251.
“Whether you’re at home or at the office, you’ll be able to find a Durham Bulls game to follow,” Durham Bulls General Manager Mike Birling said, “It’s been exciting to expand our games into video webcasting the last few seasons. I think we’ll see more fans choose that alternative because of the options and convenience of it.”
Launched in 2004, Durhambulls.tv is a subscription-based service allowing fans to watch Durham Bulls’ games live on their computers. Minor League Baseball offers packages for fans to watch Durham Bulls Games exclusively or a full package with every minor league broadcast available. Subscribers are also able to access an archive of every game played during the 2007 season.
