Parking Deck $6M Approval To Help CBC Provide More Spaces in Downtown Durham |
The Durham County Commissioners voted to give Capitol Broadcasting Company a $6.1 incentive to build a public parking deck adjacent to the American Tobacco Campus and Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Monday, March 26, 2007. The deck will hold 441 parking spaces, providing parking for American Tobacco, Diamond View II, and a future performing arts center and should be completed by April 2008 at the latest.
