14th Annual MIX Radiothon Kicks Off |
MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM began its annual Radiothon for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital today, Tuesday, February 12th, and will run the event through Thursday, February 14th at 6pm.
MIX personalities Bill Jordan & Sheri Logan kicked off the 14th annual fundraising event live from Duke. The pair, as well as a host of other MIX personalities, will be broadcasting live from Duke Children’s Hospital for the duration of the event.
MIX is offering several ways to give during the 2008 Duke Children’s Radiothon. Listeners can pledge

Volunteers are answering phones and taking pledges around the clock. The phone bank opened at 6am on February 12th and will close at 6pm on February 14th.
Over the past 13 years, MIX 101.5 has raised over 8.5 million dollars for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital. Just last year, MIX joined the Million Dollar Club of the Children’s Miracle Network, raising $1,004,591.99 for the Kids at Duke with the 2007 Radiothon alone.
