WRAL-TV Hosts Prime Time Democratic Gubernatorial Debate Between Richard Moore and Beverly Perdue

Treasurer Richard Moore and Lt. Governor Bev Perdue have bickered for months over debates. They appeared in forums, but have had no real head to head debate. The Democratic candidates for Governor will debate one-on-one for the first time on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, when WRAL-TV hosts a one hour live debate. The live primetime debate will air 8pm-9pm on WRAL-TV, WILM-TV, WJZY-TV, the WRAL NewsChannel and on WRAL.com

WRAL-TV News anchors David Crabtree and Pam Saulsby will moderate the discussion focusing on the issues facing North Carolina voters.
