CBS 10 WILM has begun broadcasting a new locally produced community interest program, “BYLINE: WILMINGTON with Donn Ansell”, which explores with different guests each week the issues and politics that are important to the Wilmington-area community.
In the first episode seen on Sunday, June 29th, “BYLINE: WILMINGTON” featured guest Jason Thompson discussing issues he faces on the Wilmington City Counsel and those he feels are of interest to New Hanover County citizens as he prepares to seek one of three County Commission seats in the November election.

“We are just thrilled to have Donn host our new show,” said Constance H. Knox, WILM Station Manager. “When I was thinking of who I could get to moderate ‘BYLINE: WILMINGTON,’ Donn was the first person that came to my mind. It’s a perfect match. He just loves this stuff.”
WILM-TV will air fresh episodes every week of the year.
“These will be timely topics and issues that are important to the residents of the Lower Cape Fear region,” Knox continued.
“BYLINE: WILMINGTON” will air on CBS 10 WILM each Sunday morning at 11am following “Face the Nation and CBS Sunday Morning.”
