WRAL-TV, FOX 50 and CBC New Media Group Rack Up Regional Emmy Noms

The Nashville/Midsouth Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) recently announced the nominations for the 23rd Annual Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards, and WRAL-TV, FOX 50 and CBC New Media Group received over three dozen nods total. The following entrants will represent Capitol Broadcasting in Nashville, Tennessee at the ceremony on Saturday, January 24, 2008.

The two CBC stations were among 750 entries which were culled down to nominations for 63 stations and companies in 75 categories by a panel of judges from other regions. Nominees come from the Nashville/Midsouth Region, which encompasses the states of North Carolina (except Asheville) and Tennessee, and the television market of Huntsville, Alabama.
