The Durham Bulls players will soon be making headlines when the season kicks off in early April, but for now the team’s grass man is the one making news. Raleigh’s News & Observer featured Durham Bulls Head Groundskeeper Scott Strickland for his recent selection to run the field on a international stage.
Strickland was recently selected by the The Brickman Group to oversee field operations for the World Baseball Classic. He left for Puerto Rico on Friday, March 6th, and will return at the end of this week.
