Bulls 2009 Season Draws to a Close

The Durham Bulls will end regular season for 2009 this Monday, September 7th, at home against the Norfolk Tides. The Labor Day game begins at 1:05pm.
The last home stretch, three-games in three days against the Tide, begins with a fireworks, SpongeBob SquarePants, Chick-fil-A cows and Championship caliber baseball at 7:05pm on Saturday, September 5th. Chick-fil-A and the Durham Bulls are partnering to benefit the Durham Bulls Youth Athletic League. Fans who donate slightly used or new bats, gloves, balls, catcher’s equipment or any other gear will receive a Chick-fil-A prize pack.
SpongeBob will be back on Sunday, September 6th for the 5:05pm game along with Wool E. Bull and the Blue Monster. Kids can run the bases after the game, and the special edition jerseys worn by the Bulls during the game will be auctioned off to benefit Juvenile Diabetes.
The season finale on Sept 7th will again feature SpongeBob as the Bulls get set for another run at the International League Championship.
