CBC wins a Deals of the Decade Award from the Triangle Business Journal for the Redevelopment of the American Tobacco Historic District. |
The Triangle Business Journal has once again awarded Capitol Broadcasting Company’s work at American Tobacco. The publication honored CBC with the Top Redevelopment Project for American Tobacco Historic District as part of the TBJ’s 2010 Space Awards Deals of the Decade.
CBC President & CEO Jim Goodmon accepted the award at a luncheon at North Ridge Country Club on Thursday, January 28, 2010.
TBJ has been hosting the annual Space Awards program for almost two decades. In 2010, the publication added the Deals of the Decade to honor the top commercial real estate deals of the past ten years.
