Tired of looking at that old television in your garage? The outdated computer collecting dust in your office? Don’t know where or how to dispose of your electronic equipment in a safe and convenient way?
American Tobacco in cooperation with Creative Recycling is offering you the opportunity to clean up the clutter and keep your electronics out of landfills where they can be harmful to the environment with the first ever Clean, Green Challenge. The event is sponsored by LeChase Construction, American Tobacco, Fox 50, NC GreenPower and Synergy Commercial Advisors.
Bring your broken or unused electronics to Diamond View Park on July 24, 2010, between 9am and 1pm. Our goal is to keep 25,000 pounds of potentially harmful electronics out of our community’s landfill!
