Charlotte’s WJZY held an America’s Next Top Model Casting Call on Saturday, July 17, 2010, at the Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery Restaurant in Charlotte. The event was a huge success with over 140 girls coming to audition for a chance to get noticed and possibly head to Los Angeles to do it again in front of the shows producers and casting director.
Girls began lining up hours before the auditions and waited patiently for their turn to show off their catwalk, strike their poses and let their personality shine for the judges. Candidates came from as far away as Virginia and Florida.
Account Executive Anna Gay was onsite for the event and organized the casting call for her client.
“I was thrilled to bring this opportunity to my client and I know the event far exceeded my client’s expectations,” said Gay.
Tilted Kilt Owner Ben Thorman added, “We really appreciate all the efforts of Charlotte’s WJZY and Anna to promote and execute a great event that drew traffic to our restaurant and it gave us a lot of exposure in the market.”
Thanks to WJZY’s Angela Golden for this capcom story.
