Chase Media, in association with FOX 50 (WRAZ-TV), is teaming up to bring you a dynamic new television series, “Brian Dawson presents The BSpot”. The show will air Saturday nights in primetime at 10:35pm on FOX 50, immediately following the highly-rated 10:00pm Newscast on FOX 50 beginning March 5, 2011.
The BSpot will be your all-access pass to the best in the sports, business and entertainment world all through the eyes of one of North Carolina’s top Radio Personality’s, Brian Dawson. It’s a “behind-the-scenes window seat” to your favorite regional and national music, sports, entertainment stars, and exclusive events.
Brian Dawson is the local host of the Raleigh-Durham market’s popular afternoon drive radio show on WQOK, K97.5.
“We are always on the lookout for unique local programming, and when Brian first approached us, we were intrigued at the prospect of a weekly ‘entertainment magazine’ show with a local twist” said Thomas Schenck, VP/GM of FOX 50. “We were impressed with his talent when we worked with Brian on Gimme the Mic and know his loyal following in our local communities should translate well to the FOX 50 TV audience,”
Each show will have a social networking/interactive component at bspottvonline.com where viewers can ask questions, participate in blogs, and view show content such as outtakes, music videos and extended interviews.
