 Every day more than 500,000  people go hungry in central and eastern NC. You can help fight hunger  locally and win FOX 50 TV show swag just in time for the holidays with the “FOX  50 Swag for Food Charity Auction.”               All food collected will go to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina to help NC families this holiday season.
       Every day more than 500,000  people go hungry in central and eastern NC. You can help fight hunger  locally and win FOX 50 TV show swag just in time for the holidays with the “FOX  50 Swag for Food Charity Auction.”               All food collected will go to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina to help NC families this holiday season. 
To bid on any of the FOX 50 TV show  items, go to www.FOX50.com and click on the “Swag for Food” banner. Registration is free. Instead of bidding money, just bid the number of  food items you’ll donate for a specific prize. Bids must be increased by at  least one food item and there is no limit to how much you can bid! You can bid  on as many items as you want, so bid high and bid often.
You will find one-of- kind vintage and  current swag from FOX 50 shows : The X Factor, New Girl, American Idol, Glee, Fringe,  Bones, Terra Nova, House, King of Queens, Two and a Half Men, Dr OZ, The  Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad and past hits 24, King of the Hill,  Prison Break and Lie To Me! 
The auction ends at  11:59pm on Sunday, December 18. Food items will be collected at the FOX 50  studios in Durham on Wednesday, Dec 21 and Thursday, Dec 22 between 8:00am and 6:00pm. A list  of acceptable, non-perishable items can be found on the auction website.

| The Food  Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina is a non-profit organization that serves 34 counties in central and  eastern North Carolina The organization has set a goal to distribute 40 to 42  million pounds in FY 2010-2011.
