The Harlem Globetrotters are coming to the RBC Center this March, but the half-time show alone will be worth the price of a ticket. Several CBC personalities will match up in a 2:2 halftime basketball game during intermission on March 2, 2012.
It’s WRAL TV Reporters Cullen Browder and Kevin Holmes versus WRAL FM Morning Show Co-Host Lynda Loveland and 99.9 The Fan/620 The Buzz’ Talk Host Mark Thomas.
“This should be super fun and hopefully there will be a big crowd,” said WRAL-FM Account Executive Barbara Purtee who helped arrange the event. “I just hope the guys aren’t too hard on Lynda.”
You won’t want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime match up. We feel sure some serious smack talk will be going on via all CBC airwaves that week. Who will win?
The night’s entertainment begins at 7pm, with doors opening at 6pm.
