Wolfpack Sports Marketing has a formidable team to bring Men’s Basketball games to radio listeners, but Play-By-Play Announcer and Color Analyst Tony Haynes can’t do the job alone. On Sunday, February 26, 2012, the Fayetteville Observer published an article about their right-hand-man, statistician Howard Baum.
Baum says the job is really a hobby, he owns B&B Bowling Lanes in Fayetteville as his “day” job, but for 33 years he’s been keeping stats for Wolfpack basketball.
Fayetteville Observer Staff Writer Bret Strelow penned the piece about the 77-year-old, giving an inside look at the key role he plays in the radio broadcasts.
