Three Candidates for the Democratic Party’s Gubernatorial Nomination Share Where They Stand on the Issues

Watch the hour-long Gubernatorial Debate live on WRAL-TV and WRAL.com
Monday, April 16, at 7:00 p.m.

WRAL-TV will host a debate between the three major candidates for the Democratic Party’s gubernatorial nomination.   Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton, former Congressman Bob Etheridge and State Rep. Bill Faison will share where they stand on the issues and answer questions directly from viewers.

WRAL logoWRAL News anchors David Crabtree and Debra Morgan will moderate the one-hour discussion, and reporter Cullen Browder will ask the candidates some questions submitted online by the public. 

This debate will be broadcast live on WRAL-TV Monday, April 16, 7:00pm-8:00pm, and will be available for simulcast on television stations across North Carolina.  The debate will also be streamed live on WRAL.com, followed immediately by post-debate analysis.

Voters are invited to participate by submitting their own questions.  To submit a question or comment for the candidates, search DEBATE on WRAL.com.
