Enable America visits WRAL each year to learn more about Capitol Broadcasting and job opportunities.

A new group, consisting of veterans and individuals with disabilities interested in CBC divisions, visited WRAL on November 28, 2012.

A variety of CBC staffers spoke to the group including WRAL.com General Manager John Conway, Operations Manager Mike Mintz, WRAL-TV VP & GM Steve Hammel, WRAL-FM Program Director Barry Fox and Corp VP of HR Angie Emerline.  WRAL-TV/Corporate Community Relations Director Loretta Harper-Arnold coordinated the group.

Enable America
Veterans in the Enable America program tour the WRAL news studios & learn about CBC job opportunities on Wednesday, November 28th.

“The group asked questions about employment opportunities with CBC,” explained Harper-Arnold.  “From many it is a challenging transition from the military to civilian life – especially with a disability.”

CBC is happy to be a part of participating with this program each year.

Thanks to Enable America’s Sandy Moonert for these capcom photos.
