MIX 101.5 Accepting Nominations for Teacher Appreciation Contest

Do you know a teacher who goes the extra mile for his or her class? Show your appreciation by nominating your teacher for a $500 shopping spree!
MIX 101.5 is now accepting nominations for our Teacher Appreciation Contest sponsored by Crabtree Valley Mall.
Has your son or daughter had an extra special teacher? One who goes above and beyond and helps them grow every day? If so, we’d like to hear about them! To nominate a teacher, the student must write a letter (101 words or less) telling us what makes their teacher so special.
Ten qualifiers will be chosen to attend the Teacher Appreciation Contest finale event on Sunday, February 3, 2013, at 10am at Crabtree Valley Mall.
The qualifiers will be split in to two age groups, grades kindergarten through five and grades six through twelve. Five qualifiers will be in each age group. Each age group will have one winning student / teacher.
The teacher will receive a $500 Crabtree Valley Mall gift card and the student will receive a $250 Crabtree Valley Mall gift card.
