MIX 101.5 Tops Triangle Market in Ratings

Arbitron recently released their latest ratings, and MIX 101.5 came out on top for June 2013. CBC’s adult contemporary music station in the Triangle ranked #1 overall in the Raleigh-Durham market. MIX continues to dominate the women 25-54 demographic and ranks second in the persons 25-54 demo.
MIX also ranks as the Top Cume station in the market, now with over 500,000 listeners per week. Top Cume Persons represent the “total number of different persons who tune to a radio station during the course of a daypart for at least five minutes,” explains Arbitron.
“CBC’s belief in a strong product and investment in strategic research has allowed us to meet listener expectations and deliver powerful results for clients,” said WRAL-FM Program Director Barry Fox. “I am anticipating further growth in the coming months with the addition of Mike Chase to the MIX Morning Show and have never been more excited about the future of MIX 101.5.”
