American Underground Launches Digital Marketing Foundry

american_underground_logo.pngAs part of Capitol Broadcasting Company’s (“CBC”) efforts at the American Underground, CBC has partnered with Corey Post and the folks from The Startup Factory to start a new company called the Digital Marketing Foundry (“DMF”). DMF will be led by Corey Post, a seasoned digital marketing expert for companies like LegalZoom and Cornerstone OnDemand.

About Corey Post
Corey Post has been working with businesses to expand their online footprint for over a decade. He is the founder of digital consulting agency, Agile Leverage, a firm that helps organizations build successful brands and increase revenue through Google AdWords, content marketing and search engine optimization (SEO). Corey also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Startup Factory, where he mentors new companies on how to generate qualified Internet traffic and build an online following.

Prior to starting his own firm, Corey held senior roles at several leading startups and public companies. He served as the Director of Online Marketing at Cornerstone OnDemand, a California-based SaaS company that went public in 2011, as well as in director level roles at leading companies such as IAC and Landmark Communications. His resume also includes social media consulting work at LegalZoom and ReachLocal, the latter of which went public in 2010.

Corey is a frequent speaker, having spoken at leading industry events ranging from Affiliate Summit to Internet Summit. He has also written for thought-leading digital marketing sites such as AWeber and KISSmetrics.

Corey holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a Batten Media Fellow and awarded a full tuition scholarship for his achievements in media.
