MIX Washes Away Reminders of Winter Storm with Xpress Promotion

Great ideas come from the most basic of places. After the winter storm, MIX 101.5 staffers talked about how they needed to get a car wash, especially Promotions Coordinator Justina Kruser, who just got a new car.

So, on Friday, January 13, 2017, MIX 101.5’s Two Men and a Mom announced they would be taking over the American Pride Xpress Carwash on 2402 Wake Forest Road in Raleigh and give a free was to 101 cars.

“The place was packed!” said WRAL-FM Promotions Director Jason Newton. “Kudos to the team at American Pride Xpress Carwash as they managed 101 cars in an hour and half.”
