The awards celebration is always a party, not a formal sit-down and listen to panelists and speakers type of event. However, the 2017 soiree will feature a kick-off speaker.
The fun will take place at the new headquarters for Google Fiber in downtown Raleigh, with nearby parking in the Powerhouse Square Parking Deck. The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited so RSVPs are required.
The WRAL TechWire Awards launched six years ago as Full Steam Ahead Awards. This year’s list will be the fifth set of winners; awards were not presented in 2014.
