Team to Offer Special Food Item Each Homestand, with Fan Voting to Choose First Item
The Durham Bulls recently announced eight different homestand food specials for the 2017 season at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, each created by Bull City Hospitality, the team’s food and beverage company.
The 2017 season will feature a combination of Chili Mac, Brat Burgers, Tater Tot Waffles, Pepperoni Rolls, Fish and Chips, Brussel Sprouts, Pork Chop Sandwiches and Blue Munster Burgers. For the season’s final homestand, the Bulls will bring back the season’s most popular food item.

“Food is a huge part of the gameday experience, and this season we wanted to take the next step in assuring our fans have a variety of food to choose from each time they come to the DBAP,” Bulls General Manager Mike Birling said. “Our team has created a number of unique, creative and savory delicacies, and we can’t wait for our fans to enjoy them.”
For the first time ever, fans can choose which item is featured during the Bulls’ first homestand of the season, by voting between Chili Mac, Tater Tot Waffles or Blue Munster Burgers to be served the season’s first seven games. The two food items that are not selected will be scheduled for a later date in the season. Fans can vote here, and voting will end on Friday, March 31.
The Durham Bulls open the 2017 International League season on Thursday, April 6, and host their first home game of 2017 on Monday, April 10 against the Charlotte Knights.
