99.9 The Fan to show special screening of ‘Mike and the Mad Dog’ to launch promotion
99.9 The Fan is excited to announce a promotional partnership with ESPN and its 6-week summer series with ‘Transplant Tuesday’ starting Tuesday, July 11th.
With the ‘Triangle’ in Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill, NC being a huge destination for transplants and sports fans alike, the promotion will recognize 6-major sports markets each Tuesday that will include; all-day station imaging and an elaborate city-related prize pack each Tuesday during the promotion. Cites that will be included in the station promotion are: New York, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit and Chicago.
In conjunction with partners ESPN, ‘Transplant Tuesday’ will be kicked off on Tuesday, July 11th with a invite-only sneak preview of ESPN’s 30 for 30 Film, ‘Mike and the Mad Dog’ at the Capitol Broadcasting owned Full Frame Theater in Durham, NC for 99.9 The Fan listeners. The pre-promotional station imaging and sign-up for the movie screening starts Monday, July 3rd at WRALsportsfan.com/sportsradio.
