After a long day of storm coverage, WRAL-TV News Photojournalist Richard Adkins captured the perfect positive images after the remnants of Tropical Storm Michael moved through Lumberton on Thursday evening. His full rainbow photo, featured on the WRAL newscast, quickly went viral among his CBC colleagues.

From the Triangle to the coast, the WRAL-TV viewing area has taken a significant hit from hurricanes over the past few weeks. Thanks to Richard for sharing a bright side of a dark day.
