CBC’ers Make Indy Week Best of Triangle List for 2019

Best of Triangle 2019 — CBC entities made Indy Week’s 2019 Best of the Triangle list, published in June.

Independent Weekly recently release the list of 2019 Indy Week Best of the Triangle winners, and several CBC entities made the list.

Indy Week reported the more than 57,000 people voted in the two rounds of the 2019 competition. This year’s list is the 14^th time the local Triangle publication has published the “best of” list.

Here are the 2019 CBC winners:

Best Local TV Newsperson
Winner: Debra Morgan
Finalists: David Crabtree, Gerald Owens

Best Local TV Weatherperson
Winner: Elizabeth Gardner
Finalists: Cat Campbell, Mike Maze

Best Local Radio Station
Finalist: WRAL-FM MIX 101.5

Best Local Twitter Feed
Finalist: @joeovies (99.9 The Fan’s Joe Ovies)

Best Place to People Watch
Finalist: American Tobacco Campus

Best Place to Take Visitors From Out of Town
Finalist: American Tobacco Campus
