Beericana 2019
CBC Sports Radio, 919 Beer and 95.7FM That Station came together for the 6th Annual Beericana Craft Beer & Music Festival took place on Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Sugg Farms in Holly Springs, NC.

Several thousand beer and music lovers descended on the Sugg Farm in Holly Springs for the 6th Annual Beericana Craft Beer & Music Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2019.  The collaboration between CBC Sports Radio and 919 Beer has become a Triangle tradition.

“Beericana was another great success!” said 99.9 The Fan Event Sales Representative Megan Keenan.  “The move to October did not bring the cooler weather that was hoped for but it was still a beautiful day and people had a great time!”

The 2019 event included new features.

“There was a Cider garden this year and I know that brought out people that had never come before,” said Keenan.

95.7FM That Station helped with the music for the first time, too.  That Station connected 919 Beer with the three bands who played live music throughout the event.  Dr. Bacon, Chatham Rabbits and New Reveille entertained the crowd as That Station also streamed the music live on 95.7FM and the That Station app.

“This event was amazing! As a first timer, I had no idea what to expect,” said 99.9 The Fan Marketing Director Allie Shriver.  “Our 99.9 The Fan and GMA Supply man cave was a huge hit on such a hot day. With the South Carolina game going into double overtime and popcorn flowing, there wasn’t an empty seat on our comfy couches for hours!”

Keenan also echoed the popularity of the man cave.

“Sponsors were very happy and thanks to our Title Sponsor, GMA Supply, the 99.9 The Fan’s Man Cave extension into a 3rd space was a hit!” said Keenan.  “Can’t wait to start planning 2020’s event which will actually start early January! Date for next year’s event is on October 10th.”
