Pete Sockett — WRAL-TV’s Pete Sockett (center) received the 2022 Television Engineering Achievement Award from the National Association of Broadcasters on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) presented their 2022 Television Engineering Achievement Award to WRAL-TV Director of Engineering & Operations Pete Sockett at the NAB Show in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Sockett had a team of Capitol Broadcasting colleagues in attendance to cheer him on, including Corp President & COO Jimmy Goodmon, WRAL-TV Vice President & General Manager Joel Davis, Microspace Vice President & General Manager Cyrus Wilson and Corporate Director of Strategic Business Development Jon Accarrino.
