Intersouth Signs On As Fifth American Tobacco Tenant

Another tenant has signed on to lease space in the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. On Tuesday, February 3, 2004, Intersouth General Partner Mitch Mumma and Capitol Broadcasting Company President & CEO Jim Goodmon met for a signing ceremony on the construction site to cement the deal.
A venture capital firm, Intersouth will occupy 10,000 square feet in the Crowe Building. Intersouth plans to move into the space in the fall.

“Intersouth represents innovative, creative future growth-the whole umbrella we’re wrapping around this project,” said Goodmon. “These companies are going to be leading the growth of the Triangle, and not just leading it, but grabbing it and making it happen.”
Intersouth joins Duke University, GlaxoSmithKline, Compuware and McKinney & Silver adversiting agency in signing on for space in the American Tobacco Campus.
