Jeff Gravley Elected as NC Sportscaster of the Year for 1998 |
Jeff Gravley, FOX50 and WRAL TV5 sportscaster has been elected the North Carolina Sportscaster of the Year for 1998 by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. He will be honored with other winners on the evening of April 26 at the Historic Salisbury Depot in Salisbury, NC.
Winning this award is a special honor for sportscasters and sportswriters as individuals are nominated and chosen by their peers. Gravley was nominated by Caulton Tudor, a long-time sports editor/columnist at the News and Observer.
