“We can do anything we want if we work together.” – CBC President & CEO Jim Goodmon
CBC President & CEO Jim Goodmon talks about the importance of the Triangle working together at the annual Goodmon Awards on December 9th.
Leadership Triangle honored several individuals and organizations for their regional efforts at the annual Goodmon Awards Gala at American Tobacco in Durham on Monday, December 9, 2013. The 6pm event took place in the newly remodeled Bay 7 with catering by the Angus Barn.
Named for CBC President & CEO Jim Goodmon, the Goodmon Awards celebrate outstanding, regionally-minded Triangle leaders and organizations, in five categories.
“The Triangle is now the 25th television market,” Goodmon told the crowd. “Raleigh is not 24th, Durham is not 24th, Chapel Hill is not 24th. It’s all of us together. So we’ve got to pull together as a region. We can do anything we want if we work together.”
