As the Catholic cardinals elect a new Pope, WRAL-TV Anchor David Crabtree and WRAL-TV News Photographer Keith Baker are in Rome to bring the latest news back to Triangle viewers. Crabtree is blogging about his experience on WRAL.com.
Crabtree and Baker have a live location with CBS News on top of a convent just outside the Colonnade at St. Peter’s Squre.
“Much work awaits whoever is chosen,” wrote Crabtree on his first report-in from Rome. “Much healing needs to take place…even begin for so many. Problems for this massive church are nowhere near being resolved yet the church continues. The work continues. The prayers are ever present.”
