MCC’s Joe Amor runs in The A&F Challenge in Ohio. |
To support charities in their communities, many corporations sponsor annual fundraising events. While many of these charity events center on golf, Microspace’s customer, Abercrombie & Fitch’s, annual fund raising event is “The A&F Challenge”, a 5K run and 20 mile bike race.
This year, Microspace showed their support for their customer by participating in the 2011 “A&F Challenge.” Joe Amor, Microspace Vice President & General Manager, ran in the 5K run portion of the event, which was held on September 8th on the Abercrombie & Fitch campus in New Albany, OH.
While proceeds from this years’ event are still being tallied, “The A&F Challenge” has all raised at least $1 million each year since 2003.
All proceeds from the “A&F Challenge” will go to The Ohio State University Medical Center’s James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute and to support the fight to find a cure.
