The Durham Bulls will wrap up another successful regular season of play on Labor Day. In 2010, the Bulls have already clinched the International League South Division for the fourth consecutive season for and racked up many league awards. Join the team for a slide into capping off a great few months of baseball.
The Bulls have four more games left in the season. Their match up tonight, Friday, Sept 3rd, against the Gwinett Braves will end with the Bulls’ annual Fan Appreciate video & fireworks. Cartoon favorites Tom & Jerry will be special guests at the game, meeting & greeting kids & adults alike.
The video, fireworks & Tom & Jerry visit will repeat on Saturday, Sept 4th as the Bulls start a string of games against the Norfolk Tides.
Kids can run the bases after the Sunday, Sept 5th game against the Tides. And they have one last chance to meet Tom & Jerry.
The 2010 season ends with a Labor Day Finale on Monday, Sept 6th. Things pitch off at 1:05pm, so you’ll be home in plenty of time to rest up for school or work after the long holiday weekend. The annual Goodmon awards will be presented to the players before the game, along with the local media’s choice for the 2010 “Good Guy” Award. Enjoy a look back at the season on the video screen and celebrate another great run for the Bulls.
