Wolfpack Sports Marketing Celebrates Multi-Year Renewal with NC State University |
Capitol Networks’ Wolfpack Sports Marketing celebrated the seven-year renewal of its partnership with NC State University at a luncheon on August 23rd in Studio A at the WRAL-TV building. The business luncheon was attended by Wolfpack Sports Marketing staff and clients, Capitol Networks staff, and members of the NC State Department of Athletics. Wolfpack football coach Mike O’Cain, men’s basketball coach Herb Sendek and women’s basketball coach Kay Yow also attended the celebration.
Guests were treated to a catered lunch while watching video highlights from last season’s football season. Welcoming and addressing the attendees were Jim Goodmon, President and CEO of Capitol Broadcasting Company; George Habel, General Manager of Capitol Networks; Jerry Reckerd, Wolfpack Sports Marketing General Manager; and Les Robinson, NC State Director of Athletics. Wolfpack Sports Marketing is the multi-media rights holder for the NC State Department of Athletics. Created in February, 1996, Wolfpack Sports Marketing is responsible for the sales, marketing and management of such properties as the statewide Wolfpack Capitol Sports Network, weekly NC State coaches television shows, game day programs and promotions, as well as the Internet site, gopack.com.
