WB55 Helps Rock Hill Celebrate Their Come-See-Me Festival

On April 16th, Rock Hill SC held their annual Come-See-Me Festival. Since Rock Hill is WB55’s city of license, and the Festival’s mascot is a frog, Michigan J. Frog had to make an appearance! Michigan J., along with the Animaniacs and Club STV host Jeff Johnson, rode a magnificent float in the parade through downtown Rock Hill.

This is WB55’s 4th year in attendance at the festival, which has grown each year. Club STV is the children’s outreach program of UPN46 and WB55, and through on-air, station events, and over 150 in-school visits per year, provides positive role models while encouraging children to study hard in school, stay away from drugs, be good citizens, and of course, have fun!
