Hurricanes in HD WRAL Digital Canes Footage On Display |
WRAL and accessDTV are stopping Hurricanes fans in their tracks this season with HDTV footage at home games! On November 19, Hurricanes fans were blown away by the amazing quality of WRAL’s HD video from previous Hurricanes games, being shown on a PC monitor and on a big screen plasma through the accessDTV Digital Media Receiver. When accessDTV set up its booth on the concourse at the ESA, these hockey fans were “wowed” that HDTV made them feel as if they were sitting right behind the glass — marks from the action included!
Fans also registered for a chance to bring HDTV action and quality to their PCs and HDTV sets at home with the accessDTV Digital Media Receiver — a PCI card and software solution for tuning, pausing, instant replay and recording of live digital TV. Ben Kuhn of Raleigh was the lucky winner at last Monday’s inaugural event.
Stop by Section 113 on the ESA concourse on Tuesday, Dec. 4, when the Hurricanes take on the Buffalo Sabres at home at 7:00pm. AccessDTV will be there, showing dynamite HDTV sports footage from WRAL, beginning when doors open at 6pm. Don’t miss your chance to register to win an accessDTV Digital Media Receiver at the end of the Hurricanes’ season!
Don’t forget to tell Santa that you can have affordable HDTV this holiday season! Visit www.accessDTV.com to learn more about making HDTV part of your PC experience and at which games you’ll find the accessDTV booth and entry box.
Thanks to WRAL-TV’s Jimmy Goodmon for this capcom story.
