CBC, WRAL-TV & FOX50 To Help Sponsor July 3rd Fundraiser For Carolina Arts Festival |
The Triangle will meet the stars of Broadway on Wednesday, July 3, 2002, in a fundraiser for the Carolina Arts Festival. Both CBC and WRAL-TV, as well as FOX50, are sponsors of “Broadway Rocks for the Arts” at the Regency Park Ampitheatre in Cary. The show begins at 6:30pm.
WRAL-TV Anchor Pam Saulsby will anchor the July 3rd event, and WRAL-TV will be on hand for interviews and highlights for the day’s newscasts.

Former teen pop star Deborah (Debbie) Gibson will appear in the musical event. She appeared on both WRAL-FM and WRAL-TV to promote the program.
Other stars include Terrence Mann, Lauren Kennedy, Alice Ripley, Anthony Rapp, Daphne Rubin-Vega and the Connells will open the show.
Tickets are $15-$25 and are available at the box office or Ticketmaster.
