NCNN’s Artis Receives Fellowship |

NCNN Anchor/Reporter Sondra Artis has been awarded one of four Marshall Memorial Fellowships. The International Visitors Council/World Affairs Council, in conjunction with the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Washington, DC, sponsors the Fellowships.
Artis and the other three recipients will represent North Carolina as part of the Fellowship, taking a one-month journey through Europe designed to promote strong, ongoing ties between the U.S. and Europe.
Other Fellows include: Anita Brown-Graham of the Institute of Government at UNC-Chapel Hill, Santana DeBerry of the NC Department of Health & Human Services in Raleigh, and Don Jonas of the Foundation for the Carolinas in Charlotte.
Artis volunteers with both the International Visitors Council and the International Friendship Program at NC State.
